Brief Profile
Mr. N. Rajasegaran has just completed a three year term as a Chairman of the Industrial Court. During his tenure, he made several landmark decisions which set the Malaysian Industrial Jurisprudence in new directions. Prior to that, he was the Group Personnel Manager of a statutory board and thereafter was Head of the HR & Legal Division of one of the largest blue chips in the world. He is currently a consultant to several prominent companies and an advisor to a local bank.
