Faridah Abdul Rahman
FARIDAH ABDUL RAHMAN has over 20 years of experience in training & development. She was with Malaysian Airline's Training and Education Division where she gained extensive experience in management of training, designing and delivering customized courses for airline personnel and external organisations of varied industries. She was instrumental in the training of Business Etiquette and Corporate Image Enhancement programmes for Senior Managers, Management Trainees and Pilots as part of their Executive Development Programmes. As Head of the Grooming Section, she was also entrusted with the responsibility to establish, train and to assess the grooming standards of all front liners.
Her strong background in the service industry saw her delivering highly impactful customer service programs for customer service personnel and call centre representatives. Her passion for service excellence led her to be an Assessor on behalf of the Ministry Of Culture, Arts and Tourism, for evaluating the star ratings of hotels in the Klang Valley.
Faridah acquired vast experience in public speaking as a result of her involvement with Toastmasters International, being Master of Ceremony for public functions and providing voice - over for corporate videos and in-flight announcements. She attended the Actor's Studio and vocal training courses which led her to develop and deliver successful programmes on Presentation Skills and Voice Dynamics.
As a Facilitator and Training Consultant, Faridah offers speaking and training services for organisations such as learning institutions, government, corporate sectors, health care services, service industries and retail sectors. She is a learner-oriented Facilitator and shares her message in an engaging way ensuring learner retention and motivation.
She aims to share her expertise and knowledge in areas of soft skills; to inspire and propel individuals to become confident, competent, all - rounded individuals in their personal and professional growth.
